PUMA implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks, including protection against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss of your personal data.
The organiser of the prize draw is PUMA FRANCE SAS, a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of €17,657,791, registered with the Strasbourg Trade and Companies Register under number 578 504 102, with registered offices located at 4A, place Adrien Zeller, 67000 Strasbourg, France (hereinafter the “Organiser”).
This promotional operation is titled: “Money Can’t Buy” (hereinafter the “Operation”).
Participation in the Operation is free of charge and requires no entry fee. The Operation is open to all individuals aged 18 and over (or minors under the supervision and with the consent of a legal guardian), residing in the United Kingdom, who have purchased an official Premier League football branded PUMA sold at Decathlon UK between 3 June 2025 and 17 August 2025.
The following are excluded from participation: employees of the Organiser and anyone who has participated, directly or indirectly, in the design, organisation, or execution of the Operation. Only one entry per person (same name and same email address) is allowed. Multiple entries from the same participant may result in disqualification.
In the event of proven fraud or attempted fraud, the Organiser reserves the right to exclude any participant, without prejudice to any legal proceedings.
To participate, the participant must visit the dedicated webpage (link shared via Decathlon UK or QR code), complete the form, and upload proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or order confirmation email – accepted formats: jpg, png or pdf), between 3 June and 17 August 2025.
The participant must also confirm that they have read and accepted the privacy policy and these Terms and Conditions.
No entries will be accepted after 17 August 2025.
Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be void and not considered for the prize draw.
10 winners will be selected by random draw on 17 August 2025. Each winner will receive two tickets to attend a Premier League match of their preferred team (among the 20 clubs competing in the 2025/2026 Premier League season). The tickets allocated are standard stadium seats (non-VIP, regular category). No accommodation, travel or meals are included or covered by the Organiser.
The approximate value of each prize is €100 including VAT.
Prizes are awarded as described and cannot be exchanged for cash. No alternative prize will be offered if the winner declines or is unable to accept the prize. Prizes are non-transferable.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equivalent value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
Selection Winners will be selected by random draw on 17 August 2025. Winners will be contacted the same day by email, or by phone if no response is received within 72 hours. No notification will be sent to non-winners.
Article 7 – Delivery of Prizes
Prizes will be sent to winners via email or post, using the contact details provided, within a reasonable timeframe. The Organiser will determine the method of delivery at its sole discretion. No compensation will be granted if the winner is unable to attend the selected match.
The Organiser shall not be held responsible in the event of cancellation, delay, modification, or extension of the Operation due to force majeure or any other event beyond its control. The Organiser also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value, without incurring any liability.
Personal data collected during the Operation will be processed solely for the purposes of managing the Operation, contacting winners, and distributing prizes. The Organiser is the data controller and will not share any data with commercial partners or use it for marketing purposes. Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of their personal data, and to request data portability or lodge a complaint with the CNIL. Participation in the Operation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Organiser also reserves the right, for reasons beyond its control or in cases of force majeure, to modify, supplement, extend, suspend, cancel or postpone all or part of the Operation, without any compensation being claimable and without its liability being incurred as a result.
